Hi, I'm Torrey. Welcome to Left Field, where creativity runs amok and imagination is ALWAYS more important than knowledge. Shoes are not allowed but ties are optional. This is a repository of snippets from my life out here in Left Field. One never knows what shiny bits of creativity will be found here... cards, scrapbook layouts, photography, poetry, recipes, ponderings, rantings and musings. It could be anything! Life in Left Field is always changing, always real, always ...interesting.

Favorite Products

Here is a collection of my favorite product companies
(in alphabetical order).
I do NOT get paid to promote these companies.
This is stuff I covet and love to use.
And yes, I designed and made most of these "badges" myself. If you want a custom badge, just email me.

BasicGrey -For years, they've been the most artistic paper company out there. Even their old stuff is still great. To me, they are legendary.
B-Line Designs - I love their stamps. They have a wonderful retro/vintage feel.
Bo Bunny Press -I've recently re-discovered this terrific (not-so-little) paper company. They have some truly wonderful new lines. If you haven't checked them out in awhile...you really should!
Bombshell Stamps - This is a stamp company with ATTITUDE. Very sexy with a good dash of naughty.
Copic Markers -These are THE premier art markers out there. Mastering the use of them is an art in and of itself.
Cosmo Cricket - A fun, hip paper company.
Creative Impressions - Premier source for all your ribbon and brad needs.
Cricut -This is the Mercedes of electronic die cutting systems. So much fun!

A Day For Daisies - Beautiful, sweet digital stamps designed by Tammy Thompson
Die Cuts With A View - Odd name for a FaBuLoUs paper company. I love their stuff--always have, always will.
Graphic 45 - Their paper is art. It's so pretty, I almost hate to use it. Rich graphics, amazing colors and whimsical vintage images. THEY ROCK.

Lawn Fawn - If you love Japanese Kawaii-style like I do, then you'll love Lawn Fawn. C-U-T-E stamps, dies, and all the accompanying paraphernalia.
Mo Manning Stamps - Wonderful collection of digital stamps. I especially love that many of her women are...curvy.
My Favorite Things - Raindrops on roses...this is a die company that has LOTS of great basic shapes (and some fun ones too!). They've recently introduced a line of coordinating stamps and a line of stencils that is perfect for cardmaking!
My Little Yellow Bicycle - A fun paper company. It's an off-shoot of the Momenta company.
My Mind's Eye - A perennial favorite paper company. They always make me smile.
October Afternoon - Great retro papers and coordinating stamps and embellies that remind me of grade school books. See Jane. See Jane Scrap.

Prima - Best known for their marvelous paper flowers. They also have other fun embellishments to add just the right touch of bling to your projects.
Prismacolor Pencils - These are the creme-de-la-creme of colored pencils, and my personal favorite coloring medium. They're crayons...for grown ups.
Shabby Princess - Digital scrapbooking at its finest. Not just ANY digital scrapbooking kits...these are SPECTACULARLY well thought-out, coordinated, FUN, and extremely detailed.

Simon Says Stamps -Your one-stop online shop for dies, stamps, and just about everything else that is papercrafting-related.They carry it ALL!
Sizzix - Creator of the Big Shot. They are the Hallmark of die companies. They set the standard in the industry. For all your Sizzix needs, I'd like to recommend shopping at It's Cheaper Than Therapy. They are my go-to place to get everything Sizzix related.
Spellbinders - My premier choice for nesting dies. I love their "Nestabilities" dies. Who doesn't? You can use just about any other manufacturer's dies with their Grand Calibur..

Zettiology - A TOTALLY "out there" stamp company. Very unique and quirky images. Artsy fartsy for sure.
