Hi, I'm Torrey. Welcome to Left Field, where creativity runs amok and imagination is ALWAYS more important than knowledge. Shoes are not allowed but ties are optional. This is a repository of snippets from my life out here in Left Field. One never knows what shiny bits of creativity will be found here... cards, scrapbook layouts, photography, poetry, recipes, ponderings, rantings and musings. It could be anything! Life in Left Field is always changing, always real, always ...interesting.

For this project I hired Mr. Delivery Guy from Kenny K and put him to work delivering a great big box o' LoVe. I printed him out on kraft-colored cardstock, so he looks all tan. Yeah, that's real masking tape on there. Kinda lends an air of authenticity, doesn't it? I tore the top layer off some corrugated cardboard for the heart backdrop. Props (and maybe some Geritol) to those of you who understand the sentiment reference.
Double props if you can actually sing it. Triple, if you have choreography.

Ingredients:
Nestability die - Spellbinders (long scalloped rectangle)
Prismacolor colored pencils
Postage stamp stamp - Hero Arts
Stamp-edge scissors - Fiskars
cancellation stamp - I don't know... it's a mystery
kraft cardstock
Distress Ink - Ranger
cardstock

  2. Oooh. I get Props. That's one of dh & my "songs". Sam Cooke had an amazing voice.

Your card is brilliant. Fabulous coloring, design, and I obviously love the sentiment.

I love the addition of the masking tape and the corrugated cardboard. Cool reinforcement of the UPS dude theme.

I wish my UPS dude looked like that.
