WOOO HOOOO....the world didn't explode!!

In honor of this auspicious occasion, over at Kenny K's Krafty Krew we've popped the cork on a challenge because it's
TIME TO PARTY!!!

This weeks first sponsor is Kenny K's Downloads
The prize from Kenny is the winner's choice of 5 digi's.

And our second sponsor this week is

Leo at Flonz

The prize from Flonz this week is $20.00 gift voucher for Leo's store.

Our theme this week is:

Its Party Time!

Happy New Year Celebration cards or party Invites!

Here is the card I made. I decided it needed to be EXTRA UBER glittery. Not only are the numbers covered in glitter, so is her dress. It's gonna be a sparkly new year!! I used the fabulous Happy Hour image from Kenny K and colored it up with my Prismacolor pencils. I added the white cardstock tuxedo shirt and grosgrain ribbon bowtie to the bottom of the card --to make it look classy.

  1. Stunning card! I totally love how you have colored her up and the shirt in the background, so very clever!

  2. I love this! That collar/tie detail is just perfect! How did you glitter those large numbers without making a total mess of your studio? Excellent card!

  3. Thank you! Annie...I cut out the numbers from cardstock then ran 'em through my Xyron machine and sprinkled glitter on 'em. Of course I got glitter everywhere. My studio may not be neat and tidy...but it sure does SPARKLE!
